The Tulare is the Joe Hauler bolt-together hitch rack built for heavier everyday e-bikes: commuters, cargo-ready cruisers, and fat-tire models that a standard bike rack was never designed to carry. Heavier steel than our bicycle rack, a rigid square-tube shank that keeps wobble down, and a platform sized for the weight and wheelbase of a full-size e-bike.

Ships to your door in two boxes and bolts together at home. American made, from the original hitch-mounted hauler shop in San Marcos, California.

Choose your fit:

Receiver: match the square opening of your hitch, measured inside edge to inside edge (1-1/4", 2", 2.5", or 3").

Elevation: 0" for trucks and full-size SUVs, 2" for most vehicles, 4" for sedans, crossovers, and low cars.
